At IILM University we prepare tomorrow’s business leaders to understand and appreciate the rapidly changing business landscape. The Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) is a three/four years degree program aligned with the National Education Policy 2020, that prepares young graduates for the competitive and complex challenges faced by their industry through business research.
This holistic program offers different specializations in multiple upcoming fields to allow students to specialize in an area of their choice, increasing their employability quotient and making them prepared to handle challenges in the workplace.
The program offers subjects like mathematics, statistics, business communication, business analytics, advanced excel, economics, entrepreneurship, and research methodology along with the Ability Enhancement Courses (AEC), Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC), and Value Addition Courses (VAC). This program is designed with an industry-focused curriculum and a student-centered approach, led by seasoned business professionals. Our curriculum is designed to meet the needs of an ever-changing global market and prepare individuals for employment, entrepreneurship, higher education, and the development of their intellectual and interpersonal abilities.
Additionally, the program prepares students for effectively identifying, solving, controlling, preventing, and correcting a variety of issues in Indian and international businesses by imparting them with critical thinking, analytical skills, decision-making, and emotional intelligence skills. This academic learning is further enhanced by applied learning through internship opportunities in leading corporates and public organizations.

Internships, Global Exposure, Academic & Industry Projects, Business Simulations, Workshops, and Industry and NGO visits make learning an intellectually invigorating holistic experience.
Summer Internship is an integral part of the curriculum at IILM. The short-term experience during the summer internships offers the important opportunity to work closely with professionals in the chosen field and to develop knowledge, competencies, and experience related directly to career goals. The BBA curriculum requires students to pursue 2 distinct internships.
Students pursue a minimum of two weeks internship at an NGO at the end of year 1/2, the idea is to develop social sensitivity among students by helping, learning & connecting with the community.
