To implement this, IILM has hired a Professor of Practice, a psychotherapist, and a researcher who on a weekly basis trains students on counseling skills and research through regularly held guest lectures and interactions with the students. This helps students stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in the business world and prepares them well for successful careers. For industry exposure, we have tied ups with the following institutes and centers where our students have interned such as VIMHANS (Mental Health Hospital, Delhi), IHBAS (Mental Health and Neurosciences Research Institute, Delhi) Synapsis Neuropsychiatry Clinic (Psychiatrist & Clinical Psychologist, Delhi), Mindlogs Psychological Services. Noida (Existential Psychotherapy, Research Training & Corporate Training), Snehi Foundation, Delhi, WE AVEC U (Psychological testing) Noida, NIEPD (National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities, Delhi)
We have a Psychology club Eudaimonia Club that is managed and run by the students under faculty guidance. The idea is to encourage students to advocate for mental health issues and raise awareness in the community and also explore tools of psychology to work on themselves. There is a PsyDigest Magazine which encourages to students to express themselves through the medium of writing and also brings some interesting facts and insights related to psychology for the laymen.

The MA Applied Psychology and M.Sc. Psychology programme at IILM University follows a well-crafted course structure that provides students with a holistic understanding of psychology and its applications.
