Ms. Kshama Pandey is currently employed at IILM University, Greater Noida as an Associate Professor (Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department).
She has had a career that spans 23 years of expertise holding significant positions.
She is a seasoned professional in the education sector and a Mission 10x certified faculty. She specialised in content creation and academic delivery as a devoted scholar. Her involvement in establishing numerous models for successful learning as a result of her exposure to many institutes, industries, and social enterprise and involvement with a variety of organisations on the outside allows her to gain a better awareness of the needs of students all over India. Her knowledge-driven approach towards technology enables her to offer low-cost solutions for a sustainable society. She has been leading the front of an eLearning movement among the underprivileged children in the rural areas of states such as Manipur, Tripura, and Uttarakhand, with the motto of “Technology for All.”
