Dr. Shyamali Satpathy

Being a student-focused professional and a resourceful trainer, Dr. Shyamali has 17 years of mix experience in corporate and academics. Pursuing her passion in Teaching & Training, she is competent to bring together wide array of information into the classroom that is effective at driving performance. Holding Ph.D in Management and Masters in Business Administration from Sambalpur Unversity, she has authored one book and has published several research papers in the area of OB & HR in various journals of high repute.
She has also years of experience in conducting workshop and Training programs for corporate professionals in various private and public sector organizations like National Fertilizers Ltd, Airport Authority of India, CDIL, DS Group, Ebix Software etc on Conflict Management, Team Building & Negotiation Skills, Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment, and Motivation & Job Satisfaction etc. She has received “Outstanding Teacher for the class 2018” award for educating students and inspiring them in the pursuit of their goals” on 15th June, 2018 at Annual Convocation of IILM. She is also the recipient of “Best Paper” award for her research paper on “Entrepreneurial Orientation and associated factors among Academicians: An Analytical Comparison of pre- and post-pandemic era” in global conference CPIM held on 14th August, 2021.
