Prof (Dr.) Shyamali Satpathy is a Professor in School of Business, at IILM University, Greater Noida. She comes with her 18 years of corporate and academics experience with specialization in professional and a resourceful training, she is holding PhD in Management and Masters in Business Administration from Sambalpur University she has obtain Faculty Development Program in Research and Pedagogy from IIM, Ahmedabad and Executive Program in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak. She has authored two books and has published several research papers in the area of OB & HR in various journals of high repute.

With a natural flair for networking and cultivating relationships, she motivates and energizes students and learners. She is known for her integrity and passion and apply this in a professional capacity Pursuing her passion in Teaching & Training, she has also years of experience in conducting workshop and Training programs for corporate professionals in various private and public sector organizations such as National Fertilizers Ltd, Airport Authority of India, LIC India, CDIL, DS Group etc.  In addition, she has received the “Outstanding Teacher” award for educating students and inspiring them in the pursuit of their goals.
