Dr. Reema Bali holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and law from the University of Delhi. She further went on to complete her LLM – Masters in Law (International Commercial and Business Laws) from the Norwich Law School at the University of East Anglia, UK. Her doctoral degree specializes in corporate laws with specific research on insider trading. She has been part of the legal academia for a decade and a half, having taught at various law schools and business schools nationals and international. She has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate programs and is involved with innovative teaching pedagogy along with curriculum development. She is driven by her commitment to foster critical thinking and inculcating a passion in students to actively participate in projects and research. Dr. Reema has also been actively involved in corporate training for the industry. Her research areas include contracts, property and land disputes, and alternate dispute resolution.
