Dr. Nihar Amoncaris the Director (School of Management) at IILM University, Greater Noida and has over 12 years of Global experience in Higher Education management. He was previously associated with IMT Ghaziabad as the Chair of Executive programs and Associate Professor of Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He also Founded and Chaired the Centre for Enterprise and Business Improvement at IMT Ghaziabad. Dr Nihar has spent over a decade in the United Kingdom as Director of MBA programs at University of Derby and Head of MBA Global programs at the South Wales Business School. He completed his PhD in Family Business Strategy from the University of South Wales with a Full Scholarship. His research focuses on traditional business communities, Effectuation theory, Entrepreneurial Marketing and Social Marketing, he has published his research in several ABS and ABDC ranked international journals. His teaching interests include Strategic Management, Design Thinking, Business Planning and Family Business Dynamics.
Dr. Nihar is an Advisor to the Minister of State (Education) at Government of India, and also serves as an Associate Editor of the ABDC ranked Journal of Research in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He serves on the Advisory Board of GRCME, USA. Dr. Nihar has won Best Paper Awards for his research at the Academy of Marketing, UK and APIAR, Australia. He was awarded the University wide Best faculty award at South Wales Business School in 2019. Besides Academics, Dr. Nihar is a car enthusiast, a passionate musician and traveller.
