“The School of Computer Science and Engineering, IILM University, Greater Noida, in collaboration with ICT Academy, hosted a session on “”She Can Author Her Future – Empower Her”” to mark International Women’s Day for female engineering students. This event, organized by Oracle Volunteers Ms. Priya Venkataraman (Campus Recruiter, Oracle), Ms. Varsha Rana (Actuarial Analyst, Oracle), and Ms. Diksha Bhatti (Principal Software Developer, Oracle), aimed at empowering young women with the tools and strategies to succeed in the tech industry. The Oracle Volunteers emphasized empowering tools, including strategies on how to find jobs, feel strong, independent, and contribute to the global economy. They discussed the expectations from freshers in the workplace and explained the correlation between wealth and well-being, providing valuable insights and guidance for the future careers of female engineering students. This session was not just about imparting knowledge but also about inspiring and empowering the next generation of women in technology. It served as a reminder that with the right tools and mindset, women can author their futures and make a significant impact in the tech industry and beyond.”
