TIME LIMITS:
*Solos, Duet/Trios: 3 min

PRODUCTION:
*15+ dancers using props, musical theatre and staging techniques

MUSIC:
*Music must be pre-cut and prepared
*Please have a back-up of your music
*Please make sure the version is CLEAN/family friendly otherwise a penaltmay be applied.

Genres

ACRO:
*a routine containing acrobatic movement/gymnastics; routine must contain 50% dance choreography.

BALLET:
*a routine containing classical ballet technique. No acrobatic tricks are allowed in this category.

CHARACTER:
*a routine portraying a recognizable character. May incorporate any form of dance.

CHEER:
*a routine consisting of cheerleading, Pom Pon, Drill Team and Kick Line

CLOGGING:
*a routine containing clogging technique or style.

CONT:
*a routine using contemporary technique and movement to interpret the music.

FOLK/ETHNIC:
*a routine incorporating one or more ethnic styles of dance.

HIP HOP:
*a routine using primarily hip hop technique and moves.

JAZZ:
*a routine containing primarily jazz technique.

JAZZ FUNK:
*a routine that contains a combination of jazz, hip-hop and contemporary technique and influence.

LYRICAL:
*a routine in which dancers interpret the lyrics of a song using lyrical technique and maintaining the theme of the music.

MODERN:
*a routine that is choreographed utilising modern movements and technique.

MUSICAL THEATRE:
*a routine that is theatrical in nature, and is choreographed to music from the theatre or cinema.

OPEN:
*a routine that combines more than one style of dance or that doesn’t fit into any other category.

POINTE:
*a routine that contains pointe technique. No acrobatic tricks are allowed in this category. Pointe shoes must be worn.

TAP:
*a routine containing tap technique. No pre-recorded tap sounds are allowed in the music. Tap shoes must be worn.

AD-MAD is a creative event to judge the participants knowledge in preparing an advertisement for the proposed product.

  • Teams would be required to formulate a catch line for the proposed product.
  • Different forms of expression like short skits, jingles, slogans or any other innovative form can be incorporated.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  • Mad-ads is not an individual event; a team should comprise a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 5 members.
  • The competition will end 8thapril 2023. All teams are required to upload the same in the Google forms link.
  • The advertisement may be in English or Hindi Language.
  • Caution should be taken to refrain from displaying obscenity, violence, prejudice, defamation etc. in advertisements.
  • Each advertisement should not exceed the time limit of 5 -6 minutes. In case any team exceeds the time limit, it will be disqualified.
  • The decision of the Judges will be final and binding

  • Spontaneity/ expressions /Acting/ fluency
  • Appeal of the Advertisement
  • Overall Script and Play

The Auction event is an opportunity to bring out individual and collective talent of the students participating in it. The idea behind conducting this competition is to provide a platform to participants to explore their creativity and present their presence of mind. It is a creative event to judge the participants’ knowledge in critical thinking and making strategy through analysis.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  • It is a team event. The minimum and maximum members must be 3 and 5 members respectively per team.
  • There will be a maximum amount which will be allotted to all the teams through which they need to buy the players.
  • Each player will be assigned a certain value known as “Value points”.
  • The total value points of a team will be calculated by adding the value of each player of the team.
  • Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item as long as they meet the bid minimum.
  • Bidders enter bids by displaying their bid numbers.
  • The Auctioneer has sole authority over the Live Auction. The Auctioneer has final authority to set minimum prices, determine the successful bidder, reject a bid, withdraw an item from sale, or re-offer an item in dispute
  • A runner will present the bid sheet to be signed by the winner of each item. The successful bidder assumes full risk and responsibility for the item purchased. Title to each item passes when the Auctioneer says “SOLD.”
  • All sales are final. No exchanges, refunds, or substitutions are possible.

  • Strategic thinking.
  • Team player selection.
  • Usage of budget.
  • Final value points of the teams.

Awards:

  • Top 3 teams will be awarded.
  • The winning team will get a cash prize.

RULES:-

  1. Time limit: 5 minutes.
  2. PowerPoint Slides allowed.
  3. Slides are not more than 10.
  4. 4 Team member maximum .

Submission Requirements:-

  1. Describe the technology.
  2. What is the problem you are solving?
  3. Market strategy.
  4. Competitive analysis.

  1. It is a team event. A team can have 8-10 members. (Including participants, choreographer and coordinator).
  2. Time limit for every team would be 8 minutes (Including setup and the performance both).
  3. Team has to come up on the theme. If the team will not be in a theme they will be disqualified.
  4. Should carry their tracks in C.D or Aux.
  5. Vulgarity is strongly prohibited. Any form of obscenity will lead to disqualifying the team from the event.
  6. Teams will be judged on costumes, theme, walking stance and attitude.
  7. Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

  1. All bands must contain a of 5 members. However, all members must sign that they have read and understand the registration form.
  2. All bands agree to have their name, voice, and/or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without compensation.
  3. On the day of performance, band members must be dressed in clothing free from obscenities.
  4. Band name and lyrics of performance songs should not contain any obscenities.
  5. The entire performance must be violence-free and suitable for families.
  6. All band members are required to be present at least 1 hour prior to the beginning of the show to check in with the coordinator. If all band members are not present and ready to set up for performance 15 minutes before going on stage, the band will be disqualified.
  7. Band members have to bring their own equipment and are responsible for the security of their equipment.
  8. There will be a time limit of 15 minutes for each band on stage. Please plan your songs accordingly. You may have one long song and one short song but no more than 15 minutes is allowed
  9. Each band will be given 10 minutes to set up and 10 minutes to break down their equipment so please keep this in mind when designing your set

For singing competition.

GROUP SINGING

  1. All members of a team must be of the same institute.
  2. Maximum 6 singers in a group and maximum number of accompanists playing instruments shall be 3.
  3. Maximum time allowed for the group song is 6 minutes which does not include setting time.
  4. Judgment is on the basis of quality of singing only and not on make-up, costumes and actions of the exam.

THE VOICE
SOLO SINGING

REGISTRATION FEES: ₹100/PARTICIPANT

  1. Time allotted for each performance is 2-3 minutes.
  2. Participants will not be allowed to refer to the lyrics while singing.
  3. The participants will be judged on the song selection, voice quality, clarity, rhythm and their appeal to the audience.
  4. The participants should bring their own musical instruments if required in the performance.
  5. Choice of song is open to the participants but the song should not have any slangs or derogatory language.

For Rap Competition

  1. This is an open-to-all rapping contest. There is a maximum limit of 2 participants per team: 1 rapper + 1 beatboxer (optional).
  2. Any sort of racist, sexist or offensive slurs will lead to immediate disqualification.
  3. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
  4. The organizers hold the right to change/modify rules on the day of the event. Participants shall be informed in advance for any rule changes.
  5. The participants should bring their own beat.
  6. Time allotted for each performance is 3-4 minutes.
  7. The song performed by the participants should be an original and not a cover or a remix.

Maximum number of 20 participants is allowed to participate in the team.

  • Time allotted for each team is 07-10 minutes.
  • Use of make-up, drapery and background music is allowed.
  • No personal remarks hurting the religious sentiments is not allowed.
  • Participating teams should submit the script of Skit, along with language of presentation (Hindi or English) two days before the event.
  • The stage should not remain empty for more than two minutes in between the sequences.
  • Vulgarity in presentation is strictly prohibited. Only innocent satire or humour is expected.
  • The organizers have the right to stop a team in the midst of their performance if they find any misbehaviour from the part of the team.
  • Dresses used in the drama should be relevant to the topic.

  2. One team have atleast 6 members.
  3. The maximum time given to each team is of 8 minutes.
  4. Song can be of your choice.
  5. You are free to do any dance form.
  6. Make sure to be successful in flashmob that depends on the originality,liveliness and attractiveness.
  7. Avoid copying a flashmob event that has been performed somewhere else.
  8. Costume depends on you and what you are performing!

Participants have to submit 3 photos:

  1. Selfie of a moment in Mozaic
  2. Selfie of your favourite location of IILM
  3. Selfie with the winner of any competition

Time limit: 2 hours.

    1. Only photographs taken during MOSAIC have to be submitted for Judgement
    2. Winner will be judged on the basis of all the three photographs
    3. If any image found copied or does not belong to the owner will be disqualified.
    4. Contestants can use any camera they want. However, they are required to carry their own equipment.
  1. There are two teams, each consisting of two or three speakers.
  2. The team supporting the motion must not shift its point of view. The same goes for the opposition, who must oppose the motion completely.
  3. If a speaker makes a statement, they must be able to provide evidence or reasons to support the statement.
  4. Facts presented in a debate must be accurate.
  5. Speakers may not bring up new points in a rebuttal speech.
  6. The affirmative must advocate everything required by the topic itself. No revision of position of a team is permitted during the debate.
  7. After each speaker has presented their arguments, they may be given a chance to rebut the arguments of the previous speaker. This allows for a more interactive and dynamic debate.
  8. Each speaker is questioned as soon as he concludes his constructive speech. The witness must answer the questions within 2 minutes.
  9. Any gains made outside of the established procedure are disallowed.
  10. A panel of judges may be present to evaluate the quality of arguments presented by each participant and to determine the winner of the debate.
  11. The speaking order is typically predetermined, with each participant given a specific time slot (5 to 8 minutes) to present their arguments and rebuttals. The order may alternate between participants for and against the proposal.

  2. Participants should bring their own colors, brushes etc.
  3. Time limit is 60 minutes.
    Topic will be given on the spot.
  4. Participants will be judged on the basis of creativity, innovation and design.
  5. Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

  1. Chart paper will be provided by the Organizers.
  2. Time allotted: 90 Minutes.
  3. The participants will carry their own water bottle, drawing and painting material and rough cloth for cleaning.
  4. Evaluation will be based on the theme, quality, difficulty of work, its artistic value and overall presentations. The final score will be the average of the Judges evaluation.
  5. Topic will be given before one day of competition.

  • PLAYER CAUGHT HACKING WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED
  • JOIN BEFORE 5 MINUTES OF START TIME OR MANAGEMENT WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KICK ISSUES
  • TOXICITY WITH ANY MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT WILL LEAD TO PERMANENT BAN FROM THE SERVER
  • PLAYERS WITH ID LEVEL BELOW 30 WILL BE KICKED
  • TEAMS HAD TO TAKE RESULTS SS OF EACH AND EVERY MATCH ( NO SS = 0 POINTS)
  • ONLY REGISTERED PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY .
  • DOING TEAM UP IS NOT ALLOWED IF DONE WILL LEAD TO BAN
  • IPAD AND EMULATOR IS NOT ALLOWED
  • SOLO AND DUO WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
