Dr. Charu Chugh is an Assistant Professor in School of Liberal Arts & Humanities, at IILM University, Greater Noida. she has earned MA in Social work and a Doctorate (Mental Health) from the University of Delhi. She possesses many years of hands-on experience in dealing with children- formulated capacity-building programs for out-of-school children, children with disabilities etc., conducted workshops and seminars on nutritional status, and child rights and undertook different research studies related to different domains of children. She is a former Social Worker at the Delhi School of Social Work, University of Delhi with 10+ years of experience and served as an Assistant Professor in same. She has been invited by Indira Gandhi National Open University as a Guest to record videos for the Bachelor in Social Work Online Programme. Recently she has completed a strategic Project on “Building Positive perspective among boys on gender, sexuality and masculinity to prevent sexual violence against boys” in five states in India. She has a wide range of National and International publications and paper presentations to her name.
