Ms. Neha Dubey is working as an assistant professor in the School of Management at IILM University, Greater Noida. She did an MBA (HR) from Sikkim Manipal University, MA (Psychology), and B.Ed. from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, and currently she is pursuing her PhD from Galgotias University, Greater Noida, India. She has more than 5+ years of experience in teaching at various universities. Neha Dubey is appointed in November 2024 as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at IILM University, Greater Noida. Her main research area is Management. Her research articles were published in Manager-The British Journal of Administrative Management (ABDC-C) and Library Progress International Scopus Index Q3 Journal.
