Ms.Neeta Mathur is a multifaceted professional, certified Coach, and practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Her educational journey commenced with an undergraduate degree in Commerce (Honours) from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University, followed by a PGDBM from IMT, Ghaziabad, with a specialization in Human Resources.
With nearly a decade of experience as an HR Generalist at South-Asia’s premier engineering consultancy, Neeta transitioned to freelance HR initiatives, exhibiting expertise in strategic Organizational Development & Change Management, Performance Management, and Management Development. She has spearheaded training programs to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness across diverse sectors such as engineering consultancies, construction, real estate, and healthcare.
In addition to her core HR roles, Neeta is deeply committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within organizations. She integrates DE&I sessions into her training programs, aiming to create more inclusive workplaces. Neeta’s dedication to cultivating safe and respectful workplaces extends beyond her corporate engagements. As a certified POSHA educator, she actively advocates for workplace safety and inclusivity. Moreover, Neeta’s involvement as a visiting and adjunct faculty at prestigious business schools allows her to impart DE&I principles to future business leaders.
