Ms Damini Yadav is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at IILM University, Greater Noida. She has been devotedly working in the field of education, research, counseling and psychotherapy.she has earned her M.Sc.(Counceling Psychology) from CHRIST University, Delhi. In her last role as Soft Skills Trainer at Lloyd Law College & Lloyd School of Law, she delivered training and lectures curated around themes of multicultural ethics, organizational culture, team building, psychology of disagreement, and the like. She also designed and delivered Faculty Development Programs along with the team at the Centre for Learning & Development. She has also worked with the Career Counseling & Training department at ExtraMarks Education Pvt ltd as counselor and trainer. Her work as a private practitioner of psychotherapy revolves around relational psychodynamic issues concerning people of different age groups. Her research interests include gender, psychoanalysis, developmental psychology, and psychopathology.
