Dr. Swati Bajaj Seth is currently working as an Associate Professor in School of Law, IILM University, Greater Noida. Before joining IILM, she worked in the Department of Law, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies for three years. Before this She had worked with Amity Law School Delhi for 3 years. She has also worked with Competition Commission of India for 2 years and with CPJ College of Higher Studies and School of Law for 1.5 years.
Dr. Swati has been awarded Ph.D in Competition Law from USLLS, GGSIPU. She also has publications in competition law and other corporate laws in Scopus indexed books and UGC care journal. She has teaching experience in Tax Law, Investment and Competition Law, International Trade Law, and International Commercial Law. She has a total of more than 9 years’ experience.
Dr. Swati has also recorded video lectures on two Modules for E-pathshala for PG Students in association with National Law University, Delhi. She has also been called as a resource person to deliver lectures on Competition Law in repudiated organizations.
