Dr. Sonika Sharma is an Associate Professor (Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources) in School of Management at IILM University, Greater Noida. She comes with an enriching experience of 22+ years and has been teaching at IILM, Greater Noida for over 13 years. Dr. Sharma has a keen interest in Talent Acquisition and has published various research papers in this area. Additionally, she has worked on research papers such as Industrial psychological, Conflict issues, perception in performance appraisal and upcoming HR trends. She has also conducted management development / training programs for corporate executives from organisations such as Engineers India Ltd., Wock Oliver, S R Crete, Anmol Bakers, Kent Drop and many service sector industries.
