Dr. Smita Singh is an accomplished academician with over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour. With a Ph.D. in HR and various other professional certifications, Dr. Smita remains at the forefront of contemporary HR practices including HR analytics and Diversity, equity and inclusion. She has several research papers to her credit that are published in national and international journals to her acclaim. Her research interests include Green HRM practices, Employee behavior, Psychological well-being, Organizational culture. She has effectively mentored undergraduate and postgraduate students in their project work and also published her research in Scopus, ABDC and other peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, she is an International Certified Master Career Coach from Mindler, certified by NCDA and CDA (USA), Her key skills include content development, training needs analysis, learning management, soft skills development. In addition to her academic and professional achievements, she is deeply committed to yoga and spirituality, integrating these practices into her teaching philosophy to foster holistic development and well-being. Her passion for HR practices and dedication to fostering dynamic and inclusive learning environments makes her a distinguished contributor to academia.
