Dr. Manisha Joshi
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Dr. Manisha Joshi is a seasoned academician with a varied experience of more than 16 years in teaching, research, and administration. She holds a PhD, M. Phil (Mathematics) and her research focusses on Fuzzy Modeling in an Uncertain environment with publications featured in Web of Science & Scopus Indexed Journals. Her research interests are in Fuzzy optimization problems; Non-linear dynamics; Study of Fractals; Modeling & Analysis of Tribological problems. Besides guiding PhD scholars pursuing academic research in Interdisciplinary domains, she has presented research papers in National / International Conferences and has also published book chapters in edited book by Taylor and Francis. She also serves on the Editorial Board of various International Journals. Her area of expertise is in Fuzzy modeling; Operations; Quantitative techniques/Methods; Non-linear Dynamics; Engineering Mathematics; Mathematical Economics; Research Methodology.
Dr. Joshi has been a recipient of seminar grant, travel grants, AICTE sponsored ATAL FDP grant and project grant from GUJCOST, DST. She has 2 Patents published to her credit. She has also served as Head of Department at different institutions and has served as former Dean, School of Liberal Arts and BBA program in IILM University, Gurugram. She has served as Nodal Officer for CII, Yi Gurugram chapter.
She was also nominated to participate as a delegate of British Council India Education Academy, UK along with other participating universities for sharing best practices in teaching and learning, observing use of technology enabled teaching and learning practices, Professional standard frame work (PSF) widely practiced in international universities.
