Dr. Lalit Kumar is a distinguished expert in Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, and Outcome-Based Education, known for his extensive research contributions and academic leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (2021), and has qualified UGC-NET from the University Grant Commission (2012) & JRF in 2016. He also holds an MCA from UPTU Lucknow (2010) and a B.Sc. from CCS University Meerut (2005).
His research focuses on Cloud Computing, Data Centers, Network Security, Virtualization, and Outcome-Based Education, including NEP CO-PO attainment. Dr. Kumar’s significant contributions to the field are highlighted by his numerous publications and intellectual properties. He has authored over 20 papers in SCI and Scopus indexed journals, contributed to more than 32 international conference proceedings, holds 6 patents, and has written 5 books. Currently, Dr. Kumar serves as Head & Associate Professor at IILM University, School of Engineering & Computer Science, Greater Noida, where he has been since May 2024. His previous academic appointments include Assistant Professor-III roles at Sharda University, Greater Noida, and Jain Deemed to be University, Bengaluru. With over 13 years of experience in academia and research, he is actively involved in teaching, mentoring, and leading research initiatives.
Dr. Kumar is also the author of several books, including “Crossing Horizons: Innovating Responses to Global Environmental Regulatory Challenges for a Sustainable Tomorrow” (2023), “E-commerce” (2014), and “Computer Network Security” (2014). His academic leadership extends to various administrative roles such as Coordinator NAAC Criterion-1, Secretary BOS (Board of Studies), Programme Coordinator B.Tech and member of the Springer Conferences.
