Mr. Bharat Kaushal, a distinguished veteran with a wealth of experience covering several decades, has elevated. IILM to new heights by bringing exceptional expertise. As the Managing Director of Hitachi India, Mr. Kaushal has achieved remarkable success over the past six years, overseeing a conglomeration of 28 companies with over 33,000 employees. He leads 30 cutting-edge manufacturing sites and revolutionary research and development centres.
Before joining Hitachi India, Mr. Kaushal had an illustrious career as the first non-Japanese CEO of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) in India. Over his 20 years with SMBC, he served in several high-ranking. Leadership roles that demonstrated his knowledge of macroeconomic policy, government advisory, project.
