Dr. Neel Rai is working as Deputy Director Management; Corporate Relation at School of Management at IILM University, Greater Noida and has 15 years of global experience in Academics, Corporate Partnership and Placements. He was previously associated with NTPC School of Business, Noida (Mentor by IIM- Ahmedabad) and a varied interest range of recreational activities and enhancement of the infrastructure for the students. Heading Relation with NTPC, BHEL, CBIP, NHPC, NSPCL, CEA, NEPCO, POSOCO, TATA Power, VENA Energies, Fourth Partners, iForest, Hindustan Power, SUZLON, Adani Electricity etc.
He holds 2 Ph.Ds; his recent Ph.D is from Wekerle Business School, Budapest, on International Business with full scholarship. His major research area is in Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Supply chain & Logistic Management, Energy Management; Sales Strategy, his research publication is majorly on Scopus Index Journals. Also nominated as Trainer of Indian Army.
For academic purpose he visited different countries which are Hungary, Spain, France, Slovenia and Nepal. He served as Business Advisor of New Jersey USA based Company named R & D Logistics ltd. Played leadership role in maintaining a dialogue between stakeholders and the board. Leading International collaboration with foreign universities and branding through ranking surveys & agencies. He conducted several ‘Capacity Building programs for students. Involved in managing cross functional teams to enhance Industry Institute Interaction.
He awarded as Dr. Sarvepalli Radhahrishnan Teachers’ Excellence Award; best teaching award by Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand; Certificate of Excellence by Asian Journal of Agricultural Extension, Economics & Sociology, in recognition of an outstanding contribution to the quality of the Journal and many more.
