Dr. Sheetal Khanka as the Dean of International Affairs at IILM. In her previous role in UPES Dr. Khanka’s key achievements include establishing partnerships with top institutions like the University of California, Berkeley, and launching Global MBA, Global BBA, and Global BTech programs. She holds a Ph.D in Management Studies from Gurukul Kangri University and has completed the International Education Administrator Program at Miami University, which was supported by the U.S. Mission to India. Her research and publications span topics such as carbon emissions, job satisfaction, blockchain technology in aviation, and positive leadership in higher education. Additionally, Dr. Khanka has earned multiple certifications in areas like Digital Transformation, Negotiation, Virtual Teaching, and Data Analysis from prestigious institutions including the University of Virginia, Yale University, and the University of California, Irvine.
