The Department of Biotechnology, School of Engineering, IILM University, Greater Noida on 23rd January 2024, hosted a scientific session on ” Role of Advanced Chromatographic Techniques in Biotechnology,” featuring our distinguished speaker Dr. Rajesh Kumar Verma.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Verma, Senior Principal Scientist, Analytical Development Department, Dabur Research & Development Centre shared insights into how advanced chromatographic techniques play an important role in Biotechnology and Food Technology. The session focused on principles of different chromatographic techniques like HPLC, HPTLC, GC-MS, LCMS, and column chromatography and how they play an important role in different areas of biotechnology like molecular biology, forensic sciences, DNA sequencing, cell culture analysis, and purification of biomolecules.
