Dr. Nihar Amoncar is the Acting Vice-Chancellor  and the Pro Vice-Chancellor of IILM University, Greater Noida. As Pro VC, he oversees the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Law, IILM Innovation and Incubation Foundation and University Corporate Relations. He is also the Director of the School of Management. Dr Nihar has over 15 years of global experience in higher education and he has previously held leadership roles at IMT Ghaziabad, University of Derby (UK), and South Wales Business School. His teaching expertise lies in Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Family Business Management. He has won several international best research paper awards for his work on Effectuation Theory, Entrepreneurial Marketing and Traditional Business Communities including at prestigious conferences such as Academy of Marketing. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK and Asia representative for GRCME, USA.
