As IILM embarks on the exciting journey of academic achievement, the Pro – Chancellor is pleased to deliver a message of unity, purpose, and progress from the leadership desk.

He retired from the Army in Nov 2006 after 38 years of Service. He was awarded the most coveted AVSM (Ati Vishisht Sewa Medal) by the President of India on Jan 26th, 2006, for rendering outstanding services to the Nation and the Army. Holder of 3 Masters degrees (Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Instrumentation Technology and Masters in Business Administration), with wide experience in teaching, in India and abroad, Gen. Wadhwa is an integral part of IILM since March 2007.

He has served IILM in various capacities, such as Director, College of Management Studies, Director, IILM Graduate School of Management, Director, IILM Lucknow Campus, Director College of Engineering and Technology and Head International relations.

Very widely travelled in India and abroad, the Pro Chancellor has visited the Universities in Moscow, Warsaw, Chicago, Jaen in Spain, Brussels, Frankfurt, Normandy, Helsinki, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
