Each IILM MBA student will receive ‘IILM Money’ equivalent to a value of 75,000/- which can be used by the student to engage in value-added activities during their MBA programmes. As MBA students, we want you to take important decisions during the programme. We want you to invest your IILM wallet money to power your career aspirations, preparing you to make impactful decisions in your professional career. The other hallmark of the wallet system is to allow you to shape your career trajectory by specialising in areas and gaining skills as per your choice.

Also note, that students have to compulsorily enrol for the Corporate Readiness Programme if they are opting for campus placements.
The IILM money can only be utilized approved academic pursuits after approval from the Director/Dean. The money will be valid only during the registered tenure of the student at IILM and will be non-refundable, and non-transferable.
The MBA programme manager will keep an account of IILM money and wallet for each student. All applications should be made to programme manager, who will forward the application to Director/Dean for approval, after which the student will be enrolled on the programme.
Students need to follow specific enrolment deadlines, as shared by the Dean or Associate Dean MBA. Missed deadlines can lead to missed opportunities.
Certain programmes have a maximum enrolment limit, early registration and enrolment is hence critical to avoid disappointment.
Students are expected to consult with career advisors as per the IILM mentoring scheme before enrolling for programmes.
The MBA curriculum integrates AI-driven simulations to enhance applied learning, including one Business Strategy capstone and five functional micro-simulations. IILM GPT tools for Business Strategy, Case Methods, Aptitude Training, and Course Helper enable personalised and independent learning.
