The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at IILM University, Greater Noida serves as a pivotal body dedicated to nurturing a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all facets of academic and administrative operations. Established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC is committed to strengthening institutional processes by embedding robust quality assurance mechanisms that drive excellence, foster accountability, and promote holistic development.


The IQAC plays a transformative role by actively involving stakeholders—students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and management—in strategic planning, quality benchmarking, data-driven feedback mechanisms, and the implementation of best practices. With a relentless focus on academic and administrative enhancement, it ensures that the pursuit of quality remains a defining characteristic of all institutional endeavours.

Functions

  1. Develop and apply quality benchmarks for key academic, research, and administrative activities of the university, for all stakeholders.
  2. Facilitate the creation of a dynamic learner-centric environment promoting innovative, participative teaching and learning methodologies.
  3. Establish comprehensive mechanisms for collecting, analysing, and acting upon feedback from students, faculty, parents, alumni, and employers.
  4. Disseminate updated information and sensitize all stakeholders on emerging quality parameters and global best practices in higher education.
  5. Organize capacity-building initiatives including workshops, seminars, training programs, and awareness campaigns for quality improvement.
  6. Systematically document institutional activities and initiatives that contribute to academic and administrative excellence.
  7. Act as a nodal agency to coordinate and promote quality-related initiatives within and beyond the university.
  8. Prepare and submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC as per stipulated norms and timelines.
  9. Encourage, support, and recognize quality research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and extension activities among faculty and students.
  10. Forge collaborations with national and international institutions to promote knowledge exchange, quality benchmarking, and best practice adoption.
