Mr. Ajay Dangi is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at IILM University, Greater Noida. He has recently submitted his Ph.D. in Psychology at M.D. University, Rohtak, and is a UGC-NET qualified academician. He completed his Master’s in Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
With a strong foundation in behavioral sciences, Ajay has taught postgraduate courses including the Biological Basis of Behaviour and is recognized for his interactive and student-centered teaching methods.
He has authored several research papers published in reputed Scopus and UGC-CARE listed journals, addressing topics such as social media’s impact on self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, rejection sensitivity, and resilience. His academic contributions have been presented at numerous national and international psychology conferences.
Prior to joining IILM, he served as a Counseling Psychologist with the Department of Higher Education, Haryana, providing support to students facing academic stress, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges. He is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and trained in dialectical behavior therapy, with expertise in workshop design, emotional well-being, and public speaking.
Ajay is deeply committed to promoting mental health awareness and integrating psychological insights into practical applications to support youth and professional development.
