Priyanka Gupta is a dedicated legal academician and practitioner with robust experience in teaching, legal research, and advocacy. She currently serves as Assistant Professor of Law at IILM University, Greater Noida. She completed her LL.B. from Law College Dehradun. She secured AIR 178 in CLAT, through which she gained admission to the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bangalore, where she completed her LL.M. in International Human Rights Law, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Chaudhary Charan Singh University. She is UGC-NET qualified, a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and Shahdara Bar Association, Karkardooma, Delhi, and serves as Member (Legal) of the Human Ethics Committee at KM Government Girls PG College, Badalpur. With over three years of experience in both teaching and practicing law, her areas of expertise include Contract Law, International Law, Criminal Law, Legal Drafting, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Human Rights, and she has been actively engaged in academic workshops and seminars, striving to bridge the gap between theory and practice in law. She has actively contributed to human rights discourse through international conferences and moderated sessions at national-level events and programs and has published extensively on topics such as compensatory jurisprudence, transitional justice, and environmental law. Beyond academia, she has served as a District Women Welfare Officer under the Ministry of Women & Child Development.
