Currently serving as Lead – Industry Relations & Placements at Masters’ Union, she oversees campus hiring strategies, talent mapping, and industry engagement initiatives. Previously, she held leadership roles at GLA University and leading financial institutions including Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and IDFC Bank, where she managed corporate salary portfolios, key accounts, and client acquisition across multiple regions. Her early association with IDFC Bank during its growth phase reflects her ability to contribute effectively in dynamic environments.
