Ms. Priyanka Tyagi

Assistant Professor

Ms. Priyanka Tyagi is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering at IILM University, Greater Noida, with over 13 years of teaching and academic experience in reputed engineering institutions. I am currently pursuing my PhD. , and I hold an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.

My teaching interests include Cyber Security, Python Programming, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Compiler Design, and Design & Analysis of Algorithms. I strongly believe in a student-centric and outcome-based teaching approach, integrating theoretical concepts with practical and interdisciplinary perspectives to enhance learning outcomes.

My research interests lie in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Medical Image Segmentation, Cyber Security, and Intelligent Systems. I have published several research papers in international journals and conferences, contributed a book chapter with IGI Global, and hold two Indian patents in the areas of anomaly detection using NLP and IoT-based smart irrigation systems.

In addition to teaching and research, I have actively contributed to academic administration as a Course Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Class Counsellor, Lab In-Charge, Club Coordinator, FDP Coordinator, and Program Convener. I regularly participate in Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and professional certifications, and remain committed to continuous learning, academic excellence, and meaningful contributions to higher education.
