I am Pankaj Kapoor, an academic professional, corporate trainer, and technology leader with over 15 years of experience in teaching, training, and industry-oriented skill development. Currently, I am working as Head – Training at IILM University, where I design and lead structured training programs focused on employability, technical excellence, and industry readiness.

My professional journey includes rich experience as a Sr Game Developer and Manager – Learning & Development, where I handled new-hire training, LMS management, curriculum planning, and performance evaluation. I have also worked extensively as a Corporate Trainer, delivering training programs in Full Stack Web Development, Mobile App Development, Python, Java, and emerging technologies across universities and corporate environments, including international training engagements.

I hold multiple industry certifications, including Microsoft Certified Technology Expert, Full Stack Development Trainer, Full Stack Python Trainer, and Mobile Application Development certifications. My training domains include full-stack technologies, programming fundamentals, game development, and job-oriented bootcamps.

Alongside training, I actively engage in content creation as a blogger, YouTuber, and author. I have published six technical books, with two available on Amazon Kindle, and I continue to contribute educational content to support learners and educators globally.
