Mr. Imran Khan is an accomplished academician and management professional with over 23 years of diversified experience spanning academia, FMCG, and consumer electronics. Currently serving as Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at IILM University Greater Noida, he brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and academic leadership to management education. Prior to his current role, he served at MIET Meerut, NIET Greater Noida and Inderprastha Engineering College Ghaziabad. He also held the position of Head of Department at JP School of Business. His area of specialization is Marketing and Finance. His teaching areas include Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Consumer Behaviour, Managerial Economics, Sales & Distribution Management, Financial Management, Cost & Management Accounting and Business Environment.
Before transitioning fully into academia, Mr. Khan built a strong corporate foundation working with leading organizations such as Philips Electronics India Limited, Cadbury India Limited, and Moserbaer Consumer Electronics, where he successfully led product launches, developed distribution networks, and achieved significant revenue growth across North India. Besides this, he provides consultancy to various business firms and starts-up in UP particularly in marketing and sales and financial management. A committed researcher and author, he has published papers in national and international journals and authored books on Constitution of India and Indian Tradition Culture and Society. He is an active member of the All India Management Association, INAAR, IMA and other professional bodies. Known for his student-centric pedagogy, industry-integrated teaching approach, and strong mentoring orientation, Mr. Khan continues to contribute significantly to academic excellence, entrepreneurship development, innovation and professional education.
