Abhist hails from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. He completed his schooling (X & XII) from a reputed institution in Dehradun and went on to earn his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College, a prestigious state government institution in Uttarakhand. He further pursued and was awarded a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering with Honours from Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU), Dehradun. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. from Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi.
His research interests lie in the fields of Image Processing, Hyperspectral Image (HSI) Processing, and Spatial Image Analysis. His current work involves the application of advanced methodologies such as Deep Learning and Machine Learning in these domains.
Abhist has undergone specialized training and undertaken projects at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and has also worked on key assignments at the Opto Electronics Factory, Dehradun.
With six years of academic experience, he is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Science, IILM University, Greater Noida, where he continues to contribute to teaching, research, and academic development.
