Mr. Dhawal Shankar Srivastava is an accomplished legal scholar and academician, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, IILM University. With a distinguished academic background, he holds a B.A. (Hons) in English Literature from the Faculty of Arts, Banaras Hindu University, followed by an LL.B. (Hons) from the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University. He further pursued LL.M. from the prestigious Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, specializing in advanced legal studies.
Demonstrating exceptional academic merit, he qualified the UGC NET-JRF examination and embarked on his doctoral research at the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGS IP University, New Delhi, where his Ph.D. thesis has been submitted for evaluation. As a Senior Research Fellow at USLLS, he played a pivotal role in both academic and administrative capacities, contributing significantly to legal research and pedagogy.
