Dr. Mohd. Nizam Ashraf Khan

Prof. (Dr.) Mohd. Nizam Ashraf Khan is currently working as Professor of Law in IILM University, Greater Noida, U.P. Dr. Khan has done graduation (B.A. LL. B (Hons.) from Lucknow University and post-graduation (LL.M), with Business Law as area of specialization, from Hidayatullah National Law University, (HNLU) Raipur. Dr. Khan has done doctorate (Ph.D.) in Taxation Law from School of Law, Galgotias University, Greater Noida. Dr. Khan has a rich experience of more than thirteen years in teaching and academic administration during which he was also associated with School of Law, G D Goenka University, Gurugram, School of Law, Galgotias University, Greater Noida and Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmadabad.

Dr. Khan has a keen interest in legal and interdisciplinary research and has 25+ publications in his credit. Dr. Khan has received the scholarships and grants in the past including GAJE Indonesia and Inter University Centre for IPR Studies, CUSAT, Kochi. Dr Khan has delivered lectures in various one week faculty development programs on IPR, Research Methodology and Research Publication & Ethics organized by E&ICT Academy, IIT Guwahati. Dr. Khan’s areas of interest are IPR, Taxation Law and Corporate Laws.
