Dr. Juhi Gahlot Sarkar is an accomplished academician and researcher with over six years of teaching experience and three years in industry roles. She holds a Ph.D. in Management (Marketing) from IBS Hyderabad, along with an MBA and a B.Tech degree. Before transitioning into academia, she worked with Infosys Technologies Limited and HDFC Life Insurance, gaining valuable industry exposure.
She has held academic positions as Assistant Professor at IBS Hyderabad and IMI Delhi, and served as Associate Professor at IMT Ghaziabad before joining IILM University, Greater Noida- School of Management, as an Associate Professor. Dr. Juhi has designed and delivered a diverse portfolio of marketing courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Strategic Brand Management, Marketing Analytics, Business Research Methods, Business Ethics & Corporate Governance, and Branding for Minds & Senses. At the doctoral level, she offers seminar-based courses on Branding, Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods, and Experimental Design in Social Sciences.
Her teaching has consistently received strong student feedback for clarity, engagement, and real-world relevance. Dr. Juhi’s research interests lie at the intersection of consumer behavior, branding, and emerging themes in marketing. She has published in reputed international journals, including several ABDC A* and ABDC A category outlets.
Beyond teaching and research, she has actively contributed to institutional development through roles in AACSB accreditation, faculty development programs, and lifelong learning initiatives for alumni.
She is passionate about fostering critical thinking and contemporary marketing insight in her students, while continuing to contribute meaningfully to scholarly and institutional advancement.
