Dr. Anshika is an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Greater Noida, where she is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic development. She holds a Ph.D. from Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), after completing her post-graduation from the University of Rajasthan and graduation from Kumaun University.
An accomplished researcher, Dr. Anshika has published nine research articles in reputed SCI and Scopus indexed journals and has also contributed to a book chapter, reflecting her commitment to advancing knowledge in her field. She is a proud member of the Operational Research Society of India (ORSI).
Her research expertise lies in inventory theory, supply chain management, and sustainable models, with a keen interest in developing innovative and practical frameworks to address real-world industrial and societal challenges.
