Dr. Anil Saroliya is currently working as a Professor at IILM University, Greater Noida, and is the former Dean Academics of Mody University of Science and Technology, India. He has 21 years of academic experience, including 3 years abroad at Amity University Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he served as Professor and Head of the Academic & Examination Department.
He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Amity University Rajasthan, an M.Tech. (CSE) from Rajasthan Technical University, and a B.E. in Information Technology from the University of Rajasthan.
His core research areas include the Internet of Things (IoT), Edge Computing, Peer-to-Peer Networks, and Artificial Intelligence. In addition, Dr. Saroliya is GATE qualified, CCNA certified, and Google certified, with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java Programming, and Full Stack Development.
Dr. Saroliya has published more than 45 research papers in reputed international journals and conference proceedings. He has also edited a book titled “Internet of Things and Fog Computing-Enabled Solutions for Real-Life Challenges”, published by Taylor & Francis Group, and holds three patents in the field of IoT. He has conducted numerous seminars, workshops, and guest lectures in the domain of IoT and related technologies. He has also served as a Keynote Speaker, Session Chair, and Organizing Committee Member at several IEEE and Springer international conferences.
He was a key member of the e-Yantra Project of IIT Bombay, where he successfully established a Robotics Lab under the e-Yantra Lab Setup Initiative (eLSI) at Mody University of Science & Technology, Lakshmangarh, Sikar. In addition, he established the IoT and Drone Lab at Mody University, which continues to support students and faculty in research and development experiments. Dr. Saroliya is also the founding member of the RAIOT Lab (Robotics, Automation, and IoT Lab) at Amity University Rajasthan.
