Dr Radha Mohan Gupta is a seasoned supply chain professional with over three decades of industry experience in senior leadership roles at reputed MNCs ( Reckitt, Pepsi & Castrol ). Dr. Gupta has in-depth knowledge & wide exposure to different facets of supply chain management i.e. Procurement, Manufacturing and Planning & Logistics. He has been instrumental in designing supply chains, optimizing total delivered costs, lean inventories, digital transformations, strategic sourcing, developing long term partnerships and improving customer service. Transforming supply chains to support business and provide competitive edge to organizations has been his forte.

Versatile thought leader and an eminent speaker at various national and international supply chain /general management forums, Dr. Gupta has been member of FICCI, PHDCCI,CII and IIP.

He has played a key role in development of first ever Logistics Policy of the Nation which was launched in September 2022 by our Prime Minister.

With deep and wide exposure to supply chain management in various industries, Radha is now busy in teaching at leading B-schools, preparing young minds to tackle future business challenges and leverage SCM for a competitive edge.

His hobbies include poem writing and astrology.
