Dr Pratigya Kwatra is a faculty in the domain of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at IILM University, Greater Noida. She is also driving the entrepreneurship cell at IILM University.
She is an economics graduate, a postgraduate in Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology, and has been awarded Doctorate in Management from the University of Mysore in the area of Corporate Social Performance, while being a full time research scholar at Birla Institute of Management Technology.
Post PhD, she was working in the domain rural market research and consulting, working with clients from various industries looking to make rural inroads. During her research and consulting, she engaged with various multilateral organisations such as FICCI, GIZ, Thapar University in the capacity of consultant. She was also a part of the assessor’s team for FICCI SEDF CSR awards in the year 2012-13.
She has also done research assignments for the non-profit organisation, Society for ‘Empowering Minds on Haemophilia’ and consulting for ‘NeoSap Edtech’, which is a start-up in the space of early education.
Research interest: Sustainable Business Models, Rural Development, Entrepreneurship and Consumer Behaviour.
