Dr. Jianguanglung Dangmei is an Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resource Management in the Department of Management at IILM University, Greater Noida. He obtained his Post Graduate with distinction in Management from Manipur Institute of Management Studies. He received his Ph. Din Management from Indira Gandhi National Tribal University. He has two years of research experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. His teaching interest includes Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. His primary research interests are employee engagement, emotional intelligence, organizational effectiveness, business ethics, leadership and entrepreneurship. He is passionate about stimulating learning environment where the students can grow mentally, emotionally and socially. He believes his role as teacher is to assist the students to develop their potential, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. He has published several papers in journal of repute and presented papers in various national and international conferences.
