Dr. Ajay Kumar is currently associated with IILM University, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, India and working as an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science & Engineering (SCSE). Prior to that, He was working with NIIT Limited, Shanghai, China as a Faculty Consultant and deputed at Guizhou Normal University, Guiyang, Guizhou, China on contractual basis. He had been teaching subjects like Machine Learning, Python, and Full-Stack web development. Apart from teaching, he was also involved in the book development and project development. Before this, He worked at NDS InfoServ, Mumbai, India as a Data Scientist followed by iNurture Education Solutions, Mumbai & Delhi, India worked as a Mentor for the Data Science Division.
He received his Ph.D. degree in CSE from DIT University Dehradun, India in 2021. He received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Science and Engineering (ISE) from SJCE Mysore (now JSS STU Mysuru) Karnataka, India in 2005 affiliated by Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka and subsequently completed Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Software Engineering (S.E.) from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, India in 2007. He is an inspiring and energetic technocrat with 16 years of experience in academia and industry. His research interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision in Healthcare domain etc. He has published more than 22 papers in reputed international/national journals and conferences. He has organized and attended various workshops during his academic career. He is a member of IEEE, ACM, and CSI.
