Anand Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at IILM University, with over 2+ years of academic experience in teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Prior to joining IILM, he served as a faculty member at Lovely Professional University (LPU) and also possesses valuable industry

experience, which has contributed to his applied perspective in teaching and research. He holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Jalandhar and a B.Tech in Computer Science from BIT Kolkata. His academic journey has been marked by a strong commitment to research and innovation in the domains of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Biomedical Signal Processing, and Renewable Energy Technologies. Anand Kumar has authored over 6+ research papers, published in reputed SCI, Scopus-indexed journals, and conferences, and has also contributed a book chapter published by Bentham Science, which is Scopus-indexed. His work reflects a multidisciplinary approach, often integrating computing techniques with real-world problem-solving. He has also contributed as a member of the Board of Studies, actively involved in teaching pedagogy, curriculum development, and student mentoring.

He has also supervised several B.Tech students and one M.Tech scholar in their academic projects and research work. Mr. Kumar has also participated in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) conducted by premier institutes such as NITs and NITTTR, as well as industry-led FDPs organized by companies like Hoping Minds.
