Dr. Neha Gangwar
Associate Professor

Dr. Neha Gangwar has Thirteen years of experience as a Researcher, Trainer, and Academician in the area of HRM, Organizational Behavior, and Research Methods. Her educational qualification includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, an Executive Professional Development Program in Data Analytics (IIM-Rohtak), a Master’s degree in Management (HRM and Marketing) & Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration she is UGC-NET qualified as well.
Her Editing/Reviewing experience includes Member of the Board of Reviewers of South Asian Journal of HRM (ABDC ranked Sage publication) and a Member of the Editorial Advisory Board (Organization Behavior and Human Resource) of Contemporary Management Research published by the Academy of Taiwan Information Systems Research / ISSN 1813-5498.
She has attended several academic meets at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Indore, AICTE, AIMA, and other institutes of repute. She has contributed to many books related to research methodology, HRM, and General Management, Few of her researches include interdisciplinary research such as Work-family conflict, job stress, employee attrition, job crafting, the effectiveness of training and development, and Motivational Techniques For Maximizing Profits, etc. Her contribution to Training and consultancy work includes NASM academy of Sports Management, NAEMD Academy of Event Management & Development, SRMSITI (Government Training Institute), V5 Global Pvt. Ltd etc.
